Abstract
Objective To study the effects of results with the different degree of hemolysis specimens on conventional biochemical tests, so to propose measures for the prevention of hemolysis. Methods On the basis of the research hemolysis both at home and abroad on biochemical test results, to analysis interference trends of of different items and its cause. Results Hemolysis specimens as ALB, ALT, AST, HBDH, K, LDH, SCr, TP were obviously higher than normal serum samples, the determination of GGT, GLU, UA were seriously reduced with hemolysis degree, and ALP, BUN, Ca, DBIL, HBDH, SCr, TBIL findings are not consistent. Conclusions Hemolysis conventional biochemical test results in varying degrees of interference, it is necessary to take effective measures to reduce the phenomenon of hemolysis.
