Abstract
[Objective]To observe the influence of hemolysis degree of the blood samples on the determination of common hepatic and renal functions indexes.[Methods] Bayer 120 automatic analyzer for blood routine parameters was used to determine the content of hemoglobin (Hb) in serum, which served as a criterion for judging the hemolysis degree; automatic analyzer for blood biochemistry was applied to detect the activity changes in 13 serum hepatic and renal function indexes of 40 randomly-selected outpatients, when the non-hemolysis or the hemolysis degree was between Hb=3.0 g/L and Hb=6.0 g/L.[Results] When the hemolysis degree reached to Hb=3.0 g/L, the values of AST, TP and G increased significantly (P0.01; P0.05 ) and deteriorated with the hemolysis degree; under the condition of Hb=6.0 g/L, ratios of AST, TP and G increased significantly compared with that under the condition of Hb=3.0 g/L (P0.01); the difference was not significant when the hemolysis degree reached to Hb=3.0 g/L (P0.05), but decreased significantly under the condition of Hb=6.0 g/L; the hepatic and renal function indexes, namely the ALT, AKP, rGGT, TBIL, DBIL, ALB, Urea and UA indicated no significant difference under the condition of different hemolysis degrees (P0.05). [Conclusion] Different hemolysis degrees mainly have significant influence on AST, TP, G and Cr, but not on other indexes of hepatic and renal functions.
