Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Naloxone in the treatment of avermectin poisoning. Methods 32 cases of pesticide avermectin poisoning patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment, water gastric lavage, oxygen, fluid replacement, diuresis, protecting liver, renal, antibiotic and symptomatic and supportive therapy. The treatment group was given the routine therapy plus Naloxone 0.8 mg intravenous injection, and then was given 5% Glucose 250 mL plus Naloxone(1.2 mg continuous intravenous infusion dripping speed 2 mL/min) to patients consciousness recovery, then changed to a 5% Glucose 250 mL plus Naloxone 1.6 mg infusion, once a day,for 3 days.According to the cure rate, mortality, average time, the curative effects of the two groups were judged. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate was 93.75%,the unconscious patients mean awake time was(5.70 ±2.10) hours;in the control group, the cure rate was 62.50%,the unconscious patients mean awake time was(12.44 ±6.07) hours, two groups had significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Naloxone can improve the success rate of rescue and shorten the average time.
