Abstract

Objective To discuss the significance of the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(GHbA 1 c)and serum uric acid(UA)in type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods To choose 96 cases with diabetes.According to 24 hours urinous albumin excretion rate(UAER),the patients were classified into three groups:normal albuminuria(NAU)(30 mg/24h),microalbuminuria(MAU)(30~299mg/24h)and clinical albuminuria(CAU)(≥300mg/24h),30 cases healthy persons as the normal control group(NC).To detect the fasting blood glucose(FBG),creatinine(Cr)、HbA 1 c,and UA.and compare the differences among the groups. Results GHbA 1 c and UA were increased along with UAER.The difference had statistical significance between DM group and NC group(P0.05)for all indexes. The difference also had statistical significance between CAU group,MAU group and NAU group(P0.05). Conclusion GHbA1c and UA have great significance on the injury and development of DN.
