Abstract
The effects of different media with various hormone concentrations on Micro-Tom tomato callus induction,adventition bud differentiation and rooting were detected in hypocotyl and cotyledon.The results showed that MS+2.0 mg/L ZR+0.5mg/L IAA+3%sugar were the best mediums for callus induction and adventition bud differentiation;1/2MS+0.2mg/L IBA+1.5%sugar were the best mediums for root induction,root induction,respectively.
