Abstract

[Objective] Effect of plant hormone ratio on inducion and differentiation of tomato′s hypocotyls was studied.[Method] Hypocotyls of tomato were used for explant to study effect of plant hormone ratio on callus, bud induction and root formation.[Result] The experiment results showed that MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L was suited for callus induction and bud differentiation;MS+IAA 0.10 mg/L was suited for root formation.[Conclusion]It provided basic data for the establishment of rapid propogation, indigenous resources conservation and genetic transformation of tomato.
