Abstract
The effects of different media with various hormone concentrations on tomato callus induction,adventition bud differentiation and rooting were detected in hypocotyl and cotyledon.The results showed that MS + 2,4-D 0.2 mg/L + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + sugar 30g/L,MS + IAA 0.2 mg/L + 6-BA 1.0mg/L + sugar 30 g/L and 1/2MS + sugar 20 g/L were the best mediums for callus induction,adventition bud differentiation and root induction,respectively.
