Abstract

To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.HPLC method was selected to determine the content.The separation was performed on an analytical columm φ4.6×250mm Hypersil BDS C18.The UV detector was set at 230nm.The mobile phase was methanol-water(pH=8.2)=65∶35,1.0mL/min.The method is orecise with RSD=2%.The average recovery was 98.05%~100%.The liner range was 0.29~048μg.The method was proved to be simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of yanhusuo.
