Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Yanhusuo. Methods:The sample was separated on Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18 column(4.6mmx250mm,5μm),with a mobile phase consisting of methyl alcohol-0.1% phosphoric acid(85∶15),a velocity of 1.0mL·min-1,and a detecting wavelength at 280nm.Results:The calibration curve of tetrahydropalmatine was linear between 0.02~0.2mg/mL.The average recovery was 100.4% with RSD1.0%.Conclusion:Assay of Tetrahydropalmatine in Yanhusuo after processing was higher than that before treatment. This method of assaying was proved to be simple and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Yanhusuo.
