Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC-method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in rhizoma corydalis. Methods:A ZORBAXSB C18 column was used with methanol-phosphoric buffer (pH6.8)(60∶40) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min at the temperature 25℃ and the detection wavelength was 281 nm.Results:The calibration curve was at the range of 0.245-0.700 μg (r=0.999 7),and the average recovery was 99.84% and RSD was 0.46%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of rhizoma corydalis.
