Quality Standar for Shuangxiang Shunqi Capsules

Abstract

Purpose:To establish the Quality Standard for Shuangxiang Shunqi Capsules.Methods: Radix Aucklandiae,Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis,Fructus Evodiae,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Fructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae were identified by TLC,the content of Magnolol and Honokiol in Shuangxiang Shunqi Capsules was determined by HPLC.Results: TLC spots obtained were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference.The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.00712~0.190μg,0.0204~0.515μg for Magnolol and Honokiol(r=1).The average recovery(n=6)were 101.81%,101.21% and RSD were 1.9%,0.49%.Conclusion: The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control for Shuangxiang Shunqi Capsules.
