Survey on status of rural health and talents demand in Heilongjiang

The new rural construction is an important component of constructing a socialist harmonious society.Investigators,by going down to the grass-roots units in Heilongjiang province,have investigated the rural health status,and understood that lots of practical medical talents are badly needed there.This paper analyzes the current situation and proposes that the development of higher education in medical training should be accelerated,speeding up the training of rural medical talents,broadening the specialties of clinical medicine,adding basic practical needs,restoring diverse forms of admission and employment of medical personnel for the rural area so as to change the present situation of lack of practical medical talents and ensure the construction of overall well-off society.
