Abstract

It is the key to fasten the team construction of health talents in rural grassroots in the course of developing the rural grassroots' health career.This paper points out the deficiency of the current health talents in our country's rural grassroots through collecting a great amount of data,and also it researches and analyses the reasons for deficiency of health talents.On this basis,it integrates some experts' advices to put forward several corresponding countermeasures.
