Existing Problems and Improvement Measures of Rural Serviceable Talents Training in New Rural Construction

The status in quo of rural serviceable talents resources in China was summarized,existing problems of rural serviceable talents training were analyzed,and the measures to promde personnel training which was composed of establishing the scientific rural talent,efforts to increase education and training,increase policy support streng then the public service system,strengthen rural and practical talent management and so on were put forward in order to provide intellectual support for building a new socialist countryside.
