Exploration of health talent training system in Guangdong rural areas

The training,management and use of rural health talents concern the construction of a new socialist countryside and the development & stability of rural economy.Based on the status quo of the shortage of rural health talents in Guangdong,this paper intends to explore the health talent training in Guangdong rural areas,integrating Guangdong provincial financial resources,training qualified health talents,and making efforts to train and build a team of rural medical and health personnel in accordance with Guangdong economic development.
