Abstract
The characteristics and superiority of the equipment manufacturing industry of supply chain are introduced.The model of the equipment manufacturing industry optimization of supply chain is discussed: implementing the supply chain management by taking advantage leading enterprises as the core,vendor management inventory as the means,and supply chain management service outsourcing as the goal.
