Abstract
This paper presents the case study on software focused products and service supply chain based on the practice of a leading electronic manufacturing services provider in the world and one of its largest corporate clients. The case study identifies the common issues that software focused supply chain shares with traditional supply chain, as well as, the unique issues faced by software focused supply chain. The case study also indicates the research challenges and opportunities for software focused supply chain.
