Abstract
School-based teaching and research is an effective strategy which ensures the reform of new curriculum to develop in-depth,but in rural areas,due to various reasons,there exist many problems in implementation of school-based teaching and research.It is to point out the countermeasures as follows: 1)primary schools should take measures to encourage teachers to participate school-based teaching and research positively;2)teachers should make self-introspection and become their inherent requirements gradually;3)teaching and research persons should provide pointed and systematical professional guiding for teachers;4)establishment of school-based teaching and research networks.
