The Adversity of Rural Primary School Teachers' Adaption to Teaching Materials and the Countermeasures

As the new curriculum reform continues to advance,the rural primary school takes on a new look. Implementation of new teaching materials has become an important content of the curriculum reform. In the era of knowledge innovation and change of the times,the contradiction and conflict of rural primary school teacher' adaptation to the new teaching material gradually escalate. Rural primary school teachers' adversity of adaptation includes difficulty in adapting to the new teaching material concept,their own attitude towards adaptation and ability,and processing modes of the new teaching material. Consequently,rural primary school teachers are filled with confusion and helplessness in face of the practice teaching,which has a great influence on the improvement of teaching quality. From the perspective of the reality of rural life,we should improve the construction of teaching materials with rural primary school characteristics; from the perspective of teacher professional development,we should promote the system development of teachers staff;from the perspective of characteristics of rural primary school students,we should construct a new relationship between teaching materials and students in order to find the solution to the dilemma of rural primary school teachers' adaptation difficulty,to promote thefourin-onecoordinated development of rural areas,teachers,students and textbooks,and to improve the quality of rural elementary education reform.
