Psychological intervention and nursing care analysis of gynecological ma-lignant tumor during chemotherapy

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on gynecologic malignant tumor during chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with gynecological malignant tumor in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group,the observation group were given psychological intervention nursing,and the control group were given conventional care,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared,statistical method was used to analyze the result.Results The psychological state of observation group before and after care had significant difference (P0.05),and the observation group was better than that of the control group ( P 0.01).After treatment,the quality life of the obaservation group patients was higher than that of the control group,3-,5-, 10-year survival rate was higher than that of the control group (P0.05),and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05).Conclusion During chemotherapy of patients with gynecolog-ical malignant tumor,using psychological intervention of nursing can effectively improve the overall therapeutic effect and nursing effect,and patients' clinical satisfaction is also higher,thus,this method should be promoted in clinic.
