Abstract

Objective:Toexplore andassessthe impactofcomprehensive nursinginterventiononmentallocus control of the patients undergoing chemotherapy after the operation of gynecological malignant tumors. Methods:All 98 patients were randomly divided into 50 cases of the observation group and 48 cases of the control group, the control group received routine nursing of chemotherapy after the operation of gynecological malignant tumor, and the observation group nursing measures including health education, mental care, relaxation training on the foundation of routine care, SAS, SDS, MHLC and QLQ-30 scales of the patients in both groups were detected before and after treating. Results: SAS and SDS of the observation group were lowered significantly after intervention(P0.05);the difference was significant between both groups after the intervention(P0.05). After the intervention, PHLC scales of the observation group were raised, IHLC scales were raised slightly, and CHLC scales were decreased obviously(P0.05). The difference was significant in QLQ-C30 scales between both groups(P0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve mental locus control of the patients undergoing chemotherapy afterh the operation of gynecological malignant tumor and life quality of the patients.
