Abstract

Objective To explore the applicative effect of psychological intervention in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor. Methods 88 patients with intracranial tumor selected in the perioperative period who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were received routine nursing while patients in the observation group were received psychological intervention at the basis of routine nursing.Self- anxiety Scale(SAS),self- depression scale(SDS) and patients' satisfaction before and after nursing of two groups were compared. Results SAS score and SDS score after psychological intervention nursing of the observation group were(43.23±1.33) and(38.12±2.11) respectively, significantly superior to those of the control group(57.22±1.02) and(50.23±1.22).Degree of patients' satisfaction after psychological intervention nursing of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that after routine nursing of the control group 45.45%.Differences in anxiety, depression and degree of satisfaction of patients in two groups had statistical significance(P 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention nursing in the perioperative period of patients with intracranial tumor can effectively improve patients' anxiety and depression conditions, curative effect and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
