Abstract

Supervision and management Mechanism of Law Enforcement is one regulation system to adjust and control procuratorate law enforcement activities.It has stable theory basis and significant meaning.The article points out that the mechanism should be improved form regulation system,system standard,supervision subject and function,supervision form.
