The police law enforcement under internal supervision includes the supervisions from law- enforcement body,environment,procedure,responsibility and so on. It has a close connection with the efficiency of law enforcement and produces an effect on the quality evaluation,the responsibility sharing,the complicated procedure and the imperfect mechanism of law enforcement. In order to properly handle the relationship between the law enforcement power and the effective supervision,the police should be more strict with the internal supervision and improving the law enforcement efficiency at the same time. Meanwhile the police should also strengthen the institutional and mechanism design to change the irrational and inefficient sectors in law enforcement and supervision.
