Abstract
This article is to provide initial thinking for establishing harmonious and interactive internal supervision mechanism of law enforcement.It begins with the efficiency of the supervision,and analyzing how to balance the relationship between the overseers and the object of the supervision;and how to explore wide channel for supervision;how to improve ways of the work;how to inspire the self-discipline of the objects of the supervision.
