Abstract

The contractual subject status transformation,contractual environment transformation and organizational mechanism transformation of migrant workers contribute to explain their labor rights and interests' present situation and the cause of it.The protection of migrant Workers' labor rights and interests needs their self-reinforcement in human capital,social capital and organizational capital.The government shall adopt the protection measurements for the migrant workers' labor rights and interests,including legislation,administration,jurisdiction,legal aid and legal popularization etc.
