Trade Union's Role of Protecting Cultural Rights of Migrant Workers

Abstract

Migrant worker is the new labor force in China's reform and opening- up process. The Party and the government stressed the importance of protecting migrant workers' legal rights and interests. As an important part of migrant workers' legal rights and interests,the cultural rights and interests should be paid attention to. Trade union should pay great attention to protect migrant workers' cultural rights and interests.
