Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of evidence-based nursing in nursing care of postopera tive patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with disturbance of consciousness. Methods Evidencebased approach were used for 262 postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with distur bance of consciousness from October 2009 to September 2011 Cadre Ward of a three armour hospital to carry out clinical nursing practice and extensive evaluation. The control group of 131 cases were followed the clinical care mode of the Department of Neurology. The observation group of 131 cases were given positively evidence-based care. Two groups of prognostic effect were compared. Results The re-surgery and mortality in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t = 9.621,20.228,P 0.05),the time of hospital days of the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(t = 3.825,P 0.05).After care, the observation group′s MPOC-56 total score and scores were significantly higher(P 0.05).The three dimensions score of quality of life of the observation group were higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing practice to ensure the efficiency and quality of work can increase the cure rate.
