Abstract
Objective To study the effects of extraction parameters for Gastrodia eLata.Polysaccharides(GPS).Methods The index of GPS content in the extract was used to research effects of extracting temperature, extracting time and liquid-to-solid radio on extraction of GPS with orthogonal experimental design. Results The extraction parameters of GPS was affected ob-viously in the successive order of extracting temperature, extracting time and solvent dose. The optimum parameters were extraction temperature 100 ℃,exaction time 4 hour and the radio of Gastrodia elata Bl.to water 1∶40.Conclusion The extraction procedure is stable, simple and op-erative.
