Abstract
Objective To optimize the technological parameters of water extracting gastrodin from Gastrodia elata Bl..Methods An orthogonal test was designed to evaluate the effects of extraction solvent ratio, time and number of times on dry extract yield and gastrodin quality fraction. Results The optimum conditions for extracting gastrodin from Gastrodia elata were as follows: extracting for three times with 12 times of water and one and a half hours each time. Conclusion This process is stable and applicable, which may provide a technology for the extraction of the total active ingredients, and a reference for the production of Gastrodia elata dispensing granule.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
