Abstract
A method of TLC—UV spectrophotometry was set up for determining soil monocrotophos.Target components were extracted by methanol. The separation of soil sample was accomplished on GF254 plate by using the mobile phase of eyelohexane:acetone:chloroform(11:11:5).The contents of the soil were determined by UV spectrophotometry when the detection wavelength was 214 nm.The result showed that the method was simple and direct, its precision was high, the average RSD was 1.09% and the recovery was 92.22%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
