Abstract
A method of TCL-UV fluorescence scanning was set up for determining soil momocrotpphes.Resveratrol and piceid were extracted by methanol. The separation of soil sample was accomplished on GF254 plate by using the mobile phase of cyclohexane∶acetone∶chloroform(11∶11∶5).The contents of the soil were determined by UV pectrophotometric scanning. The detection wavelength was 214 nm.The result indicated that the method was simple and direct, its precision was high, and the average RSD was 1.09%,and the sample callback rate was 92.22%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
