Abstract
The genetically modified rape RT73 line with commerce planting was identified by applying SYBR Green I real-time PCR assays and using specific primers. The results showed that the SYBR Green I could selectively combine the characteristic of double chain DNA and identify fluorescence signal produced by sequence amplification of specific target of RT73 line, and confirm the melting point of(80.2±0.5) ℃ by melting curve, while the fluorescence signal in other rape lines didn't be detected. The SYBR Green I real-time PCR could availably differentiate special or non-special products and primer dimers by melting curve, which is a new method for gene idenfification.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
