Abstract
Bt genetically modified rice was identified with SYBR~ Green Ⅰ real-time PCR assays and three pairs of specific primers to establish a new detection technique for GMO.The results showed that the SYBR~ Green Ⅰ could selectively combine the characteristic of double chain DNA and identify fluoresce signal produced by sequence amplification of specific target of Bt rice(CaMV35S,NOS,Cry1Ab/c).The SYBR~ Green Ⅰ real-time PCR could availably differentiate special or non-special products and primer dimers by melting curve, which is a new method for GMO detection.
