Abstract

The qualities of college English teachers and teaching are key factors for the success of teaching,and the teachers' quality affect teaching quality directly.College English teachers' quality mainly include morality,profession and mentality,and these qualities have significanteffect on cultivating excellent students,acquiring good teaching effect and making successful teaching realization.
