Abstract

Reflective teaching,which plays a significant role in college English teaching,is a new approach for English teachers to conduct teaching research and self-development.Opportunities and challenges exist in college English teaching.All the English teachers should participate in teaching reforming practice actively,reflect teaching theories and actions continuously and try to shape a totally new teacher's role in order to improve teaching quality and boost reforming and development of college English teaching or education.
