Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound between benign and malignant breast tumors.METHODS 138 cases of malignant breast masses in 164 cases and benign breast masses were examined by color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,observation of two breast mass structures and blood flow of the difference signal.RESULTS The malignant breast tumor boundary is not clear,irregular shape and spiculation,and peripheral high echo ring ratio were significantly higher than that in benign breast mass group of patients.There was significant difference(P﹤0.01).SV,PI and RI levels were significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference(P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Ultrasonography is served as an accurate,convenient and noninvasive method could be used to detect the breast tumors,and could be better applied.
