Abstract
Objective To investigate the differential diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasoound for benign and ma- lignant breast tumor. Methods 183 cases of patients with breast tumors treated in our hospital were selected,the mor- phology,borders,envelope,internal echo,posterior echo,blood,axillary lymph nodes of breast lumors were observed by color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus,and the ultrasound diagnosis results and pathologic diagnosis results were com- pared,the consistent rates of the two diagnostic methods were observed. Results The ultrasonography of benign and malignant breast tumors showed that the image features of morphology,boundary,envelope,internal echo,posterior echo, blood,axillary lymph nodes of benign and malignant breast tumors had significant differences (P0.01).The consistent rate of color ultrasound compared with pathologic diagnosis results showed that the breast cancer,breast fibroma,breast hyperplasia,mastitis and breast cysts was 90.79%,87.88%,85.29%,100.00%,100.00% respectively. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound can improve resolution and superficial organ penetration,clearly shows the anatomy of the breast and chest wall tissue levels,finds the breast tumor diameter less than 1.0 cm by different organizations to form the tiny differences in acoustic impedance interface imaging,and it is an important indicator for differential diagnosis of breast tumor.
