Abstract

In recent years,food safety problems emerged endlessly in China.The teaching of the course in food quality and safety under such background remained a challenge.To provide an improved way of cultivating innovative for applied high-quality talents,several potential methods of reforming teaching content and approaches for the course in food quality and safety were described.
