Curative effect of ginkgo dipyridolum combined ozagrel sodium injection for acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood rheology

Objective To explore the curative effect of ginkgo dipyridolum and ozagrel for acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood rheology.Methods A total of 92 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly diveded into 2 groups:46 in a treatment group were treated with ozagrel 80 mg+250 mL saline and ginkgo dipyridolum injection20 mL +250 mL saline intravenously,and 46 in a contrast group with Xuesaitong 20 mL +250 mL saline and salvia 20 mL+250 mL saline intravenously,once daily for 14 days.The score of neurological deficit was evaluated to assess the clinical efficiency,and the changes of indexes of blood rheology in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results Total effective rate(95.7%)in the treatment group was signifcantly higher than that in the contrast group(80.4%)(P0.05).Compared with those before the treatment,the indexes of blood rheology in the treatment group decreased significantly after the treatment(all P0.05).There were significant differences in the 2 groups after the treatment in the indexes of blood rheology(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of ozagrel and ginkgo dipyridolum acute cerebral infarction can produce good curative effect and improve the indexes of blood rheology.
