Abstract
Objective To observe effect of sodium ozagrel in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheological parameters and C-reactive protein content of these patients. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,39 patients in sodium ozagrel group were intravenously treated with 80mg sodium ozagrel in 250ml normal saline, twice a day,and 57 patients in control group were intravenously treated with Xuesaitong injection 250mg in 250ml normal saline, once a day.All treatment lasted for 14 days. The scores of neurological deficit were evaluated, the changes in indexes of blood rheology and contents of C-reactive protein in patients of these two groups were examined before and after treatment. Results Total effective rate in sodium ozagrel group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).In comparison with those before treatment in patients of sodium ozagrel group and control group, indexes of blood rheology and CRP content were significantly decreased after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Sodium ozagrel is an effective drug for treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and it may improve their indexes of blood rheology and decrease CRP content.
