Abstract

Objective To observe the curative effects of Ginkgo dipyridolum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood rheology and fibrinogen content. Methods 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.39 patients in Ginkgo dipyridolum group were treated with 20 ml Ginkgo dipyridolum injection plus 500 ml saline intravenously, once a day.57 patients in control group were treated with Xuesaitong injection 10 ml plus 500 ml saline intravenously, once a day.All treatment lasted for 14 days. The score of neurological deficit was evaluated to assess the clinical efficiency, the changes of indexes of blood rheology, fibrinogen content and skull CT in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results Total effective rate(94.9%)in the Ginkgo dipyridolum group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group(78.9%)(P0.05).Compared with those before treatment, the indexes of blood rheology and fibrinogen content in the Ginkgo dipyridolum group decreased significantly after treatment(all P0.05).By the examination of CT,lesion diminution rates or density improve rates of the 2 groups were 71.4%(25 cases) and 49.0%(24 cases),respectively(P0.05).Compared with those before treatment, whole blood viscosity 30s-1,hematocrit in the control group were signifcantly decreased(all P0.05).However,other indexes were no difference before and after treatment. Conclusion Ginkgo dipyridolum injection is an effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and can improve the indexes of blood rheology and decrease fibrinogen content.
