Study on curative effect of the combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo-damole in treatment of 45 cases of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objectives To observe the curative effect of combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo-damole in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into trial group(n=45 cases) and control group(n=45 cases),patients in trial group were treated with combination of ozagrel sodium injection and ginkgo-damole injection,and patients in control group were treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection by intravenous infusion,and their clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of trial group was 93.3%,it was significantly better than that(66.7%) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The combination of ozagrel sodium and ginkgo-damole has significant effect in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and it is safe and effective,hence it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
