Amending and Perfecting Some Legal Systems of Agriculture Law

Basing on these,Chinese present agricultural policies of protecting and supporting the agriculture,the establishment of the industrial policy,and the present agriculture law on its guiding ideologies,system structures and system designing,at the same time drawing on the legislative experience of other countries and WTO agricultural rules and according with our national condition,the author puts forward some relative legislative suggestion about some legal systems of our pre-sent agriculture law for its perfecting and reconstruction,including agricultural input,agricultural subsidy,rural finance and the strategic agricultural insurance.
