Analysis on Some Regulations Concerning"Agricultural Input and Its Support and Protection" In the State's Agricultural Law——Commment on Some Regulations of the State's No.1 Document in 2004

The present Agricultural Law gives a relatively systematic regulation on agricultural input and its support and protection. But in practice it does not bring about significant results in agricultural development.The reason is that some regulations are too rigid to be applicable.In particular, the government should give due support and protection on the following aspects ,namely,increasing the agricultural input,building up an integrated rural financing system and carrying out agricultural insurance policy based on the No.1 Document of the country in 2004.By doing so,we can increase peasants'income and promote the sound development of the State's agriculture.
