Research on Problems Concerning Agricultural Policy and Agricultural Law

Both agricultural policy and agricultural law are the basic measures to ensure and promote the agricultural development by most countries in the modern time.However,agricultural policy and agricultural law are different concepts though they are closely related.It is important to deal with their relationship appropriately.Agricultural law is the footstone of agricultural policy.Therefore,the spirit of agricultural policy should be reflected in agricultural law.Agricultural law should reflect both the objective economic rules and requirements of agricultural policy established by the Chinese Communist Party and the state.Moreover,agricultural policy established by the Chinese Communist Party and government can only be effective when it is transferred into legislation.In arule of lawcountry,agricultural law should be the only basis to establish agricultural administrative policy.
