Abstract
The intrinsic vibration of gear on the turnover mechanism of aluminum ingots stacker is investigated in this paper. The natural frequency and modal vibration shape of the gear are calculated through the gear modal analysis by using finite element modal analysis software-ANSYS. And the result provides the reference basis of the dynamic response calculation and analysis of gear transmission system. The each gear's natural vibration property of transmission system is analyzed by finite element method, and the modal frequency and vibration shape at all levels are calculated by ANSYS, that not only provides the reference for the gear dynamic design of transmission system, but also is a way of gear drive system fault diagnosis
