Abstract

The process of the modal analysis based on ANSYS software are introduced.The finite element model of the host-drive gear of the rotary filling machine is established.Its modal analysis is made,the natural frequencies and the modal shapes are obtained.Furthermore,the influence of the gear-tooth width to the natural frequencies is analyzed.This will provide some theoretical datum and methods for avoiding resonance vibration of the rotatory filling equipment.
