Effects observation of acute cerebral infarction patients' carotid atherosclerotic plaque by using Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel Bisulfate

Objective To discuss effects of acute cerebral infarction patients' carotid atherosclerotic plaque by using Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel Bisulfate.Methods 80 cases of those acute cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerosis who were treated in the People's Hospital of Cixi City in Zhejiang Province from January 2008 to May 2012,then they were divided them into control group and treatment group,they were adopted B ultrasound to check up their IMT and plaque area,at last,the clinical indicators were compared.Results The blood lipid level of patients in two groups were compared: the blood lipid level of patients in control group was no statistically meaning before and after treatment(P 0.05);while the treatment group's was significant difference before and after treatment(P 0.05).After the treatment,when they were compared the blood lipid level in treatment group with normal level,it was significant difference(P 0.05);when they were compared with control group's,it also was significant difference(P 0.05).The carotid artery plaque of patients in two groups were compared: after treatment of the control group,the difference was no significant compared with before(P 0.05);the treatment group had significant differences before and after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate can have stronger effects on regulating blood lipid,anti-inflammatory and antithrombosis than using Atorvastatin Calcium alone,it is important value to prevent and treat cerebral infarction.
