Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy in perimenopausal women. Methods 100 cases of perimenopausal syndrome patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used the conventional treatment, the observation group was given hormone replacement therapy. The two groups were compared with the changes of hormone levels and the clinical curative effect. Results FSH, LH after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, E2 was higher than that in the control group, there was statistical significance(P0.05). Total efficiency in the observation group was 98% higher than 72.0% in the control group, there was statistical significance(P0.05). Two groups were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy can improve perimenopausal syndrome women's hormone levels; relieve the clinical symptoms.
